I had brake issues with my truck that needed immediate attention, I called to see if they did brake repairs as there and a very pleasant lady said "Yup" Bring it in and we will give you an estimate. I brought in the truck and left it with them, I was contacted by a pleasant gentleman who gave me the estimate, upon approval they did the work. The quote was very reasonable, and the service was prompt. I highly recommend them.
My daughter was in Kill Devil for the summer and stuck a nail in her tire . She sent me a photo and I was sure it was to close to the sidewall to be repaired . Sent her over to Coastal for them to check it out . They confirmed my diagnosis. They did not have the exact tire in stock but said they could have it the next morning . Since the rest of the tires were near new we decided to wait the next day for the tire. Everything went as smooth as could . I am in the tire business in another state . I know the wholesale pricing and what the tire should sell for . I can tell you they made very little on this "about the average for a tire replacement" and being from out of state they did not try to take advantage of us . Very pleased and will be back when we need repairs at the beach ..
We drove all the way from the Midwest to the OBX. Towards the end of our trip, and close to our destination I descovered a rough rubbing and friction coming from our brakes. With two young kids and not knowing the area I began to research anything around. I discovered coastal fast lube and read all the great reviews. I spoke with employee Brandon who couldn't guarantee our Jeep being fixed but he stated they had free estimates. We arrived to a long line, but were quickly served. The staff was awesome and fixed our brakes within a reasonable amount of time. The prices were awesome as well. Great staff, great establishment. 5 stars for sure!!!
I won't take my car anywhere but Coastal Fast Lube. Their work is consistently Excellent. They always explain what they have done to my car and they're very efficient & cost is fair.
Great prices, fair service. The gentleman I spoke with listed off several tires he could order for me with an honest suggestion of each brand. Seem to be pretty busy here, so I would arrive early. I dropped my car off the night before in hopes to get a jump on the line, but they didn't pull it into the dock until I arrived anyway. Good thing though, because I specified twice which two tires on my vehicle were to be replaced. When I saw the tech raise my car, he started taking off the wrong tire in the rear based off tread wear. Which would make sense, but I had problems with the front two that I needed to replace. The miscommunication between the tech and the front desk is what deducted one star for me.
