The people here don't want to help you because they don't know what they are doing. They sold a product that I wanted but they didn't have it for my vehicle I asked the lady if they could order it for me she told me no, so while in the store I read the QR scanner and was able to order it off line before I raked out of the store. Poor customer service, will not go the again unless I really have to.
The guys at the auto zone, auto parts store is not really not helpful for us. We need a battery for the car door remote control we ask him to install it for us, he use his picket knife to open up. He really shouldn't used his knife, he should have use the coin to open the remote. I will not go back to the store again. Not helpful at all. The manager hire the idiot sale people.
Can't go wrong with autozone. These guys helped us when we had a dead battery on vacation
Our truck broke down last night and we just barely made it in the drive way to the parking lot. The store was getting ready to close and I had to ask to borrow a jump box. The battery was completely dead so the jump box didn't work. The associates there came out and jumped the truckp, it ran for a few minutes and shut off again. They came back out and jumped the truck two more times and let us park the truck there for the night until we could come back and fix it the next day when they were open. Instead of just making us walk back to our place, which would have taken us an hour, an amazing man working there offered to give us a ride home. On top of being so great for giving us a ride home, he offered to come back this morning and pick us up and take us back to fix the truck. They did everything they could possibly do to help, from letting us borrow tools to testing parts and take time out of there day. We could not be more thankful to the amazing people that work at this store! God bless you all and Thank you all so very much!!! It is a hard thing to find people like you all anymore! Staff is always helpful, got a flat and needed a air hose but they don't have which is surprising to me
