Since I moved to the Outer Banks from Southern California at the end of 2015, I've used Billy's for all of my auto repair needs. You get personalized service and if something isn't quite right, (which in my case has been rare, but stuff happens), they go the extra mile to make it right.
Billy is absolutely amazing!! I had just gotten into Nags Head when I decovered I had no brakes at all. I called down and he said to have it towed there. Within a few hours he had fixed the problem and charged very little. Knowing I was out of state on vacation he could have charged any amount but being the trustworthy and good guy he is he probably charged me too little. His shop closed at 6 pm but at 7:30 he was still there trying to fix people's cars bc he knew they were on vacation. I highly recommend him and if I ever have an issue again down there he will be the only person I ever go to. Thanks again Billy for the fast, reasonable rates, and hard work that you do Day in and day out. I appreciate you!!
Car had a warning light flashing down in nags head on vacation. Had to get it diagnosed and addressed before driving back to PA. Friendly, accommodating, all that stuff. But lets get down to it. Tourist area, must get repaired. They did NOT rip us off. No parts were needed. They charged us for labor and sent us on our way. They are that rare and mythical creature, the honest mechanic.
