Customer service is of little value here. I walked in to ship a box and the women said they closed in 3 mins and could sell the box to me but wouldn't have time to also ship it. I thought customer service came with the expectation that once you're in the office, it is required to fully complete the tasks at hand? So the employees are only willing to do what is asked from their customers as long as they don't work a minute longer... must be nice, maybe I should work there.

Do not ship a package at the KILL DEVIL HILLS location if the elderly gentleman is at the check out desk! He over charges every package i've ever taken there. i sell the same item multiple times no matter who checks me out its the same unless i get him then its double!
