Many people recommended me to go to this florist for my wedding and told me that the products and services here are great. Well, they were right! My wife cried when she saw the wonderful arrangements of the flowers in our wedding venue. Thank you so much for making our wedding more than perfect.
Nice guy. Very friendly. I got a very nice arrangement for my grandmother's birthday. Small shop, but it smelled nice and he was helpful and informative.
Zero Stars! Scheduled a dozen roses to be delivered to a restaurant for an anniversary dinner. They never arrived. I called two times during the day to check on the delivery. No response, no return calls. I called them again the next day and spoke to the owner, Brook. He apologized, but offered nothing in return. Called our discussion banter and he would get back to me with a solution. Again, no call. I called again and said that I expected the charges to be refunded (of course) and asked him what he could do to make it right. He said he didn't have any solutions. I asked him if he would deliver the flowers to my wife she never received and he said he would have to charge me. As a business owner, you would think he would like to make things right. If you want a reliable delivery and good customer service, you should select another florist in OBX. Horrible experience. I wish I read the other reviews before placing my order. My wedding planner friend that recommended Brooks said she will never use them again.
The flowers I ordered for family occasion were received, but they were not nearly as what I ordered. I understand that there may be small differences due to unavailable flowers at the moment, but the bouquet received was very disappointing.
