Unprofessional, fire chief! I agree with review above, some folks just forget who really pays their salaries. Don't bother getting help from here when you need it, Ms. Pam is amazing, she is the real professional in that place!
So I live here in Kill Devil Hills. I needed evacuation information. I pay taxes, aka, these dudes salaries. They turned off their phones....If I do that at my job, I get fired.
Really kind bunch of folks. Helped me out of a jam and were so nice about it. Even though it was a problem of my own making they offered to help as soon as I asked with no hesitation. Definitely wasn't in their job description but were willing to help out any way. I appreciate all the hard work they put into to keeping our town safe. Especially when I, in particular, needed help. Thank you so much!
