My Jeep had gotten wet in a rain storm while visiting the OBX, and the electronics in my steering wheel were all non responsive (illegal to drive). I brought it in the day I called and they replied by end of day. They priced out replacement component but wanted to try drying the inside of the wheel area first. This worked and saved me well over $900. I'm very grateful that they were honest with a transient Jeep owner. They should be applauded for having such integrity.
We sold a used Jeep to them and the negotiations and payment were effortlessly performed. Would go back if I wanted a vehicle they offered.
He acted as if he really didn't care. We left!! And will NEVER GO BACK!
I couldn't believe how this o'l man disrespected us. We tried to ask questions and he acted as if our questions were stupid. Then we attempted to negotiate prices on one of his Jeeps. We really wanted to buy a JEEP, for our beach here, since we are locals. He furthermore explained that he was the owner. I don't remember his name because I was so thrown for a loop of from his abnoxioux behavoir.
Love this place. We bought a Jeep.Patriot 2 years ago, which we loved but it wasn't a 4x4, so we traded it in 2 weeks ago on a new Jeep Renegade. We love, love, love the Renegade. Junior and Marianne in sales were very helpful and knowledgeable. Junior gave us a great deal on our trade-in and the Renegade. He got us all.possible discounts and a nice rebate from Chrysler that came via check in 5 days. Junior also wrote us an excellent warranty and service agreement. We are always greeted and treated like family by both the sales and the service dept. We often stop in just to say "hey".
Do not get your car repaired here. You will literally pay twice as much as you should, they will just go to Auto Zone for the parts you need (no OEM parts), and then provide zero customer support if (when) something goes wrong. Too bad negative ratings aren’t allowed. Expect no help from Chrysler either.
